Warranty Service & Refund Policy
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the diagnostic has been completed, as this fee covers the time, labor, and expertise required to identify your device’s issue. Labor fees are non-refundable after repair work has been performed. Once service is completed, all labor has been delivered and cannot be reversed or refunded.
Parts may be refundable only if they are unused, in new condition, and eligible for return through the supplier or manufacturer. Installed, used, or special-order parts are non-refundable, but they are covered under Tech Viking’s warranties when applicable.
All completed repairs include a 30-day limited warranty, which covers workmanship and parts installed by Tech Viking. If the original repair issue reappears within the 30-day warranty period, Tech Viking will re-diagnose and correct the problem at no additional labor cost.
Remote support sessions are non-refundable once work has begun, as the service is delivered in real time. Deposits for custom PC builds or part orders may be non-refundable depending on part availability, supplier return rules, and whether the components have already been purchased or installed.
Devices left unclaimed for 60 days after service completion are considered abandoned and may be disposed of, recycled, or repurposed without compensation. This policy ensures proper space management and prevents long-term storage of uncollected devices.
Tech Viking may, at its discretion, offer credits, partial adjustments, or service discounts as a customer-satisfaction courtesy, but such accommodations are not guaranteed and do not alter the terms above.
