What types of computer services do you offer?

​TechViking handles full hardware and software diagnostics, virus/malware removal, repairs and replacement of faulty components, operating system installs, data recovery, performance tuning, custom PC builds, laptop battery replacement, and home/office tech setup.

Can you recover data from a failing computer?

In most cases, yes. TechViking performs data recovery for failing hard drives, corrupted systems, accidental deletions, and failing laptops. Success rates depend on the level of damage, but every recovery attempt follows safe industry-standard practices.

Do you offer onsite services?

Yes. For home offices, gaming setups, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, printer setup, or appliance installation and configuration, Tech Viking can come to you. Availability depends on location and scheduling (additional fees may apply for mobile appointments).

What type of warranty is offered for repairs?

Tech Viking provides a 30-day limited repair warranty covering workmanship, installed parts, and completed services. If an issue directly related to the original repair reoccurs within 30 days, TechViking will re-diagnose and correct the problem at no additional labor cost. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated failures, physical or liquid damage, malware infections after service, or issues caused by user modifications. Any warranty claim requires the device to be returned for inspection and verification.
