You authorize Tech Viking to perform diagnostics necessary to determine your device’s issue. No repairs or part replacements will be performed without your approval. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once completed.

 

2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for backing up all data before service unless you request a paid data-backup service ($50). Tech Viking is not liable for data loss, corruption, or software changes occurring during diagnostics or repair.

3. Repair Warranty
Completed repairs include a 30-day limited warranty covering workmanship and parts installed by Tech Viking. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, new failures, malware infections, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

 

4. Payments & Pricing
Approved repairs are billed at a flat labor rate plus parts and shipping. Same-day service may be available for an additional fee. No refunds are issued after repair work has been completed.

 

5. Remote Support
If you request remote assistance, you voluntarily grant Tech Viking temporary access to your device. Tech Viking is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing malware, user modifications, or third-party software during or after remote sessions.

 

6. Abandoned Devices
Devices left unclaimed after 60 days from service completion will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of, recycled, or repurposed without compensation.

 

7. Website Use
All website content—including text, images, logos, branding, and service descriptions—is the property of Tech Viking. Users may not copy, modify, or misuse the site. The website is provided “as-is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access.

 

8. Privacy & Data Handling
